Year 12 | Term B three-way conference booking information
Virtual interviews for Term B courses for Year 12 parents/students will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 15 in five-minute intervals from 1 to 6 p.m. Please note that students are expected to attend and participate in these interviews with their parents to encourage ownership over their learning and develop self-advocacy skills.
It’s important that you access the Google Meet link at the time of your scheduled appointment and not before. Please use your email address and not your student’s UCC email. If you do not have a Google account, you’ll need to create one in order to log in to the meeting. You will be placed in a “waiting room” until the meeting begins. At the start of the meeting, introduce yourself so that the teacher can confirm that the conversation is about your student. Keep conversation to the scheduled five minutes so that our faculty can meet with all families. You can find the Google Meet link on the schedule that Pick-a-Time sends you.
Date/Time: Tuesday, Feb. 15 from 1 to 6 p.m.
To accommodate individual schedules, each Year 12 faculty member will have different times available from 1 to 6 p.m. You will see their availability on the Pick-a-Time system.
You can begin scheduling appointments when the Pick-a-Time system opens as follows:
Pick-a-Time opens: Friday, Jan. 21 at 9 a.m.
Pick-a-Time closes: Monday, Feb. 14 at noon
