Wellbeing Day on Dec. 4
There will be a Wellbeing Day on Tuesday, Dec. 4, with activities between Periods 1 and 2. Based on the model coordinated for many years by the Health Centre, this one includes more mindfulness based sessions and more student input, through both the Student Wellbeing Committee and Student Mindfulness Club. Activities range from a variety of mindfulness activities, a stress-busting workout, yoga, free skating, etc. Your sons have been signing up for an activity during that time period. Please encourage them to commit to a session if they have not yet done so.
