Heads Up

Welcome to Heads Up, your one-stop source for news about your son’s upcoming activities and events.

Updating of grades to OUAC

Students who have applied to Ontario universities will have their academic information updated by the end of this month to reflect the grades from the January reports. Universities will be sent your current IB grades and the percentage grades for your equivalent Ontario credits. If you have finished your community service requirement, it will be marked as complete in this transmission. Please remember to notify Ms. Berndsen regarding any academic information that is incomplete or incorrect.

In April, the next set of grades will be submitted. The community service requirement will also be marked as completed (if our records indicate it has been) in the April transmission.

Each time that there is an update to the academic information, we will ask students to visit the OUAC website to check the data and ensure that it is accurate. As we indicated in the OUAC training sessions, your admission offers could be jeopardized if you do not check your academic data carefully!
