Important Information for Yr. 12’s 

All Year 12 students must update their Naviance account ASAP indicating all of the universities they are applying to. This includes all universities in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.

Wilfrid Laurier University | Saturday, Nov. 13

Join Wilfrid Laurier University for a virtual open house of their Waterloo campus on Saturday, Nov. 13. Select from a series of live sessions to learn more about WLU. There are also sessions about WLU’s academic programs throughout the week of November 15th and on-demand content on their website.

Ontario College of Art and Design |  Nov. 15–2

Join OCAD U (Ontario College of Art and Design) for their two-week virtual open house Nov. 15–26.  The event will feature OCAD U faculty, students and alumni answering questions about OCAD U and its programs.  There will also be an opportunity to hear from recent alumni on where their creative careers have taken them.

McGill University

Join McGill University for virtual information sessions throughout November to learn more about McGill’s campus, student life, programs, the application process and living in Montreal.

Western University | Nov. 30 at 7 p.m

Join Western University for a virtual information session to review the Ivey HBA Program and AEO (Advanced Entry Opportunity) admissions process for High School Students on Nov. 30 at 7 p.m. 

University of King’s College, Halifax | Tuesday, Dec. 7 at 8 p.m. AST.

The All About FYP Webinar on Tuesday, Dec. 7 at 8 p.m. AST is a virtual opportunity to meet King’s faculty members, current students, and recruitment officers. They’ll give you an introduction to FYP, tell you about why it’s such a special program, and happily answer any of your questions about FYP’s structure, content, or experience.

UBC Centennial Scholars due Wednesday, Dec. 1. 

UBC Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program due Wednesday, Dec. 1.

Queen’s Major Admissions Awards other than the Chancellor’s Scholarship due Wednesday, Dec. 8.  

Generation Google Scholarship (North America) due Friday, Dec. 10.
