Three-way conferences and booking information

We know that feedback is one of the most important tools to help our boys grow.  In addition, a stronger connection between parent(s), teachers and our boys is integral to their continued development.  Our three-way conferences provide an opportunity for both to take place, and it is important that you and your boy are able to meet with as many teachers as possible. This year you are also able to book an appointment with your son’s adviser. Please take advantage of this opportunity to connect with the people who have a big-picture view of your son and his life here at the College. 

Our first round of interviews will be held on October 28 and 29. We encourage all students to attend these interviews with their parents.

In order to create ownership over their own learning and develop self-advocacy skills, we expect all boys to be present to  participate in the dialogue about their learning.

Three-Way Conferences Booking Information

Conference Dates and Times:

Monday, October 28 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and;

Tuesday, October 29 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.

The Pick a Time Booking Site will be available for you to book your interviews at the following times only:

Open: Wednesday, October 16 at 9 a.m.

Close: Friday, October 25 at 1 p.m.

Booking Conferences:

We use Pick-a-Time for conference bookings. If it’s your first time using the system, you’ll have to create a new ID to access the bookings. Please click here for instructions on how to use Pick-a-Time.

Pick-a-Time will open to all parents at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16. The database will close for bookings at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 25. We are unable to accommodate online bookings outside of those times.

Please ensure that you print your schedule when you’ve finished booking and bring it with you to the interviews.

If you experience any problems, please contact helpdesk@ucc.on.ca, which is monitored regularly. You may also call 416-484-8636, ext. 3323 to reach the help desk between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Help Desk is typically busy on the morning that three- way conferences start booking, so please be patient and someone will get back to you in short order.
