Deadline to nominate outstanding volunteer is Nov. 4
Do you know an individual who has made a significant volunteer contribution to the life of the College? If so, we need to know by November 4. The John D. Stevenson Award for outstanding volunteer service to UCC is awarded each year at Founder’s Dinner to an Old Boy or parent whose commitment to UCC over several years has been exceptional. Recent recipients of the award include:
• Andy Pringle ’69
• Hugh Innes ’72
• Holly Miklas
• Martha Shaw
• Roly Watt ’62
• Vivien Cappe
• Ted Mills ’81
Nominations are welcome from the College community in written format. They should include brief details about the nature and time of the nominee’s volunteer service and the reason for the nomination. The form can be filled out online here or you can email your nominations to Jody Jacobson at firstname.lastname@example.org
All nominations will be reviewed by the Association Council and a recipient selected. Nominations must be submitted by November 4.
The John D. Stevenson Award will be presented at the annual Founder’s Dinner on Wednesday, February 11, 2015.
