Is your son looking at U.K. universities? Check out these three evening events

The York School at 1320 Yonge Street will host five Russell Group universities on Tuesday, September 23 at 6 p.m. Representatives from Bristol, Durham, Newcastle, Warwick and York will deliver presentations and answer questions from students and parents.

Students considering medical school applications may want to attend a “Taste of Medicine” workshop hosted by St. George’s, University of London on Tuesday, September 23 at 7 p.m. at the Toronto French School, 318 Lawrence Avenue East. Students who wish to participate should register by Tuesday, Sept. 30 at global@sgul.ac.uk.

The British Council is hosting an evening with representatives from over two-dozen U.K. universities at the Toronto French School, 318 Lawrence Avenue East on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at 6 p.m. Member schools of the University of London (Imperial College, King’s College, Queen Mary, Royal Holloway, University College) will be present as will be a number of other universities such as Nottingham, Reading, Birmingham, Brighton, Essex, Leeds and Southampton.

Students and parents interested in attending should register at www.eduk-roadshow-2014-fall.eventbrite.ca. Check the university counselling office calendar, as a number of the schools will also be visiting our campus that week.
