Heads Up

Welcome to Heads Up, your one-stop source for news about your son’s upcoming activities and events.

PPO fall-winter clothing drive

donationboxThe Prep Parents’ Organization (PPO) is gearing up for its annual fall-winter clothing drive, and we need your support.

We’re asking that as you clean out your closets, please consider gathering your children’s gently used winter gear (coats, boots, hats and gloves) to help your son raise house points and gain pride in helping those less fortunate. Gather your gear and drop it off in the house-coloured bins at the Prep School front circle at drop-off on Thursday, Nov. 19 and Friday, Nov. 20 from 7:50 to 8:30 a.m.

The PPO community service team will sort and deliver the items to our Horizons partner schools. Horizons is a community service initiative that provides a unique partnership connecting UCC with several publicly funded inner-city schools.

Let’s see what we can do to bring a smile to another child’s face. If you have questions, please contact Chrisula Selfe at chrisula.selfe@rogers.com or Anu Bhalla at anu_bhalla@hotmail.com.
