Online tools for researching Canadian universities

The eINFO website is a great tool for initial research into post-secondary programs in Ontario. In addition, there are other websites that can be very helpful for investigating Canadian universities. Here are some suggestions:

For in-depth profiles of admission requirements, programs and facilities check out http://www.schoolfinder.com or http://www.universitystudy.ca

The Maclean’s magazine website http://www.macleans.ca/tag/macleans-on-campus/ has many useful resources as does the Bachelors Portal https://www.bachelorsportal.com/

Interested in scholarships? Lots of information is available at https://yconic.com. If you sign up as a member and create a profile, you will be sent emails for awards that match your profile.

The Council of Ontario Universities (COU) has launched http://mycareerinfo.ca, a robust site designed to help students, graduates, and entry-level employees match their education, skills, desires, and goals to jobs. The site features resume and interview tips, budgeting tools, information on job market trends, and extensive job listings. It also provides easy access to university career and student services.
