Join us for mother-son dinner theatre, A Brimful of Asha, on March 25
The ABC and the UCC co-curricular theatre program are excited to present UCC’s first annual mother-son dinner theatre. Ravi Jain ’99 brings his acclaimed comedy, A Brimful of Asha, to the College for a special one-night-only performance, on Wednesday, March 25. Featuring real-life mother and son, Asha and Ravi Jain, the play is a comedic and true story of a generational and cultural clash. For further information about this special play, please click.
The evening starts at 6 p.m. with an incredible Indian buffet dinner featuring favourite traditional foods, catered by Banjara Indian Cuisine, in the student centre. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. in the David Chu Theatre. After the show, mingle and enjoy a unique opportunity to meet Ravi and Asha while savouring dessert. Your evening wraps up between 9 and 9:30 p.m.
Experience a new UCC tradition in which boys and their moms share a special evening together. Any UCC boy in the Upper School may attend this event with his own mom, or special “mom” of his choice.
Enjoy some samosas, smiles and a special time for moms and sons, and be a part of this unforgettable evening at UCC!
