Message from the Director of Community Relations
It’s hard to believe we’re halfway through this academic year. With report cards and parent-teacher meetings happening, I thought it might be useful to refresh your memories regarding communication with personnel at the College.
If you’ve a concern about your child’s progress and welfare, the best place to start is by going to the person most closely interacting with him, whether teacher, adviser or coach. But if you’re unsure, here is a link to our “UCC Query Ladder.” It answers the question, “Who ya gonna call?”
Also, please remember that as Director of Community Relations, my job is to assist parents and other community members who, despite their best efforts to work with College employees to solve a problem, remain concerned about the College’s approach or feel their issue still needs attention.
