Intermediate Division student-led conferences
Student-led conferences will be held on Monday, Nov. 2 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Student-led conferences will be conducted by all Year 1 and Year 2 students in the Intermediate Division. Taking a lead role in this format enables each boy to take ownership, which develops his understanding of how he learns, helps him to take greater responsibility for his learning and helps him to set constructive goals.
In addition to booking appointments with subject teachers, Year 1 and Year 2 parents and students will be able to book a five-minute conference slot with their son’s advisor for a more fulsome discussion of his overall UCC experience.

The booking site will be available at these times to book your interviews for Nov. 2 and Nov. 5:
Open: Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 9 a.m.
Closed: Friday, Oct. 30 at 4 p.m.
Open: Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.
Closed: Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 12 p.m.

Booking Student-Led Conferences Process
We’ll use Pick-a-Time for student-led conference bookings. If it’s your first time using the system, you’ll have to create a new ID to access the bookings. Please click here for instructions on how to use Pick-a-Time.
Pick-a-Time was open to all parents at 9 a.m. on Oct. 21.
The database will close for bookings at 4 p.m. on Oct. 30 and open again at 9 a.m. on Nov. 2 to continue to accept bookings until Nov. 3 at 12 p.m. We’ll be unable to accommodate online bookings outside of those times.
Please ensure you print your schedule when you’ve finished booking and bring it with you to the interviews.
Contact the help desk, which will be monitored regularly, if you experience problems. You may also call 416-484-8636, ext. 3323 to reach the help desk between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The help desk is typically busy on the morning that student-led conferences start booking, so please be patient and someone will get to you in short order.
