Query Ladder

UCC is a big and sometimes complicated place. Parents ask me from time to time to tell them who they should be taking a problem or concern to. While the answer is usually “It depends,” there are some standard routes all parents should take.

We’ve created a “query ladder” in the hopes that it will help you navigate the people, buildings and departments within UCC.
