The Danforth Scholars Program at Washington University in St. Louis
Washington University in St. Louis is a leading U.S. private research university. A mid-sized school with big-school facilities and programs, its medical school is ranked in the top five in the U.S and it has an excellent reputation in visual arts and architecture.
The Danforth Scholars Program “honors the student who embraces high ideals, whose life choices are guided by personal integrity, selflessness, a commitment to community, and a dedication to leadership and academic excellence.” Danforth Scholars receive full or partial tuition scholarships that may be renewed each year for the duration of the degree program. Nominations for this award close on Wednesday, October 15; UCC may nominate only one student. If you wish to be considered for nomination, you must contact Ms Ridout by Monday, September 22. The student’s portion of the application must be received at the university before January 15.
