Crucial Reminder to update Naviance
It is vital that students ensure that they have added any university programs to which they are applying to their Naviance account. When you have submitted an application, please use the edit function (pencil icon) in Naviance to mark it as “submitted.” This will alert Ms. Berndsen to send transcripts and where required, letters of reference.
Last year, we had several students applying to US colleges who decided over the December break to change an application to one of their schools from Regular Decision to Early Decision II without informing their counsellor or Ms. Berndsen. These students risked an incomplete application. If you decide that you wish to make such a switch, you should consult with your counsellor either in person (before December 21) or by email. You will need to change the status of your application in Naviance and also sign and submit a UCC ED agreement (found on the UCO Haiku site under Post-Secondary>United States).
