Christmas Day on campus
Christmas Day on campus was as unique as the rest of the school year to date. Eleven international students remained on campus for the holiday and were treated to a number of different activities over the course of the holiday.
Periodically we took strolls to the Forest Hill Village for hot chocolate of coffee. Our walks always took us by the Bishop Strachan School campus. Mr. Beaudoin often hosted gatherings in the quadrangle where students would gather around his outdoor fireplace and listen to music; at times there were even sing-a-longs happening.
After COVID testing occurred on December 26 and the boys all were returned negative tests, both Seaton’s and Wedd’s were able to gather for the first time all year to eat meals together as well as play soccer in the field bubble or skate in the Wilder Arena.
