Boston University Trustee Scholarship
The Boston University Trustee Scholarship recognizes “outstanding academic performance and leadership abilities.” It covers full tuition and mandatory fees for all four years of an undergraduate program, as well as access to mentoring and special speakers.
The scholarship is open to international students who stand at the top of their class academically (e.g. the Principal’s List or Academic Tie), have a proven history as leaders inside and outside the classroom, have distinguished themselves in arts, athletics, or other fields, and have an impressive record of community service.
In order to be considered for the Trustee Scholarship, you must submit all parts of the Common Application, including one of the two scholarship essays, to Boston University by December 1. The SAT reasoning tests or ACT (and SAT subject tests if required for your program) must be completed before this date.
Boston University stipulates that students who are applying Early Decision to other US colleges are not be eligible to be nominated for this award. More information about the scholarship is available here.
